Roundhouse 444 UP 2-6-2 Prairie Kit w/Can Motor & Vandy Tender

Excerpt from 444 documents:

"The Pennsylvania Railroad purchased their 2-6-2 Prairie Locomotives from Alco Locomotive Works in 1903. They were used in both passenger and freight service. Classed with other coal-fired engines of this period, the J-28 was a powerful road engine capable of handling modest length trains. The Roundhouse Model is quite powerful and capable of pulling 15 to 20 cars, depending on their make and weight. By adding a lead weight inside the boiler, you can easily haul a longer string of cars."

You WILL NOT find a finer example of this classic locomotive kit.
